Samaritan Counseling Services offers you help and hope in creating a vital, happy and healthy marriage. One of the most significant decisions any of us can make, is the choice of a life-partner. No decision affects our lives "for better or for worse" more profoundly than the decision to marry. It is much easier to prepare for a successful wedding than for a successful marriage.
Samaritan has several options for the preparation of marriage. Those being married in a partner church will receive a reduction in price. Please check with your church about your congregational status and marriage preparation requirements.
This one-day faith-based premarital workshop will help couples develop the tools necessary to lower the risk factors in marriage associated with the divorce and separation. Marriage P.R.E.P. is a one-day workshop. Fees are $175 for those married in non-partner churches and $125.00 for those married in partner churches.

This Inventory provides scientifically researched diagnostic information. This information is designed to identify the couple's strengths, areas of growth, and to give couples a springboard for discussion, to help their relationships grow and thrive.
Interpretation Sessions are a partner to the PREPARE Inventory. With the help of a therapist who interprets the Inventory's findings, in two follow-up sessions, the couple will be assisted in identifying relationship strengths and addressing growth opportunities.
PREPARE Inventory is a diagnostic questionnaire developed by Life Innovations. This online questionnaire costs $29.95 to distribute to you, which is payable directly to Life Innovations. In addition, the two required hours of follow-up, after the bride and groom have completed the Inventory, is $245 for non-partnering churches and $215 for partnering churches. When you choose the PREPARE Inventory, a Samaritan therapist will call you to make an appointment after the Inventory has been completed by both the bride and the groom, and a report has been generated.
